Machine Stretch Film Manufacturing Process

1. Multi-Layer Co-Extrusion

Raw LLDPE resin is fed into the extruder, melted under temperature control, and pushed through a flat die onto chill rollers to form the continuous film layer.

2. Thickness & Tension Regulation

The extruded film passes through a series of precision rollers where thickness parameters ($17\mu\text{m} - 30\mu\text{m}$) and tension are adjusted according to production settings.

3. Automated Roll Winding

The film is guided into the winding station, where it is automatically cut and wound onto paper cores under continuous tension control to produce finished machine rolls.

4. In-Line Edge Recycling

Excess edge trims cut during processing are continuously drawn into an integrated recycling unit, re-processed, and fed directly back into the extrusion system.
